Terms
How Combat Market works, in plain English: your storefront, what you earn and when, withdrawals, missions, and your account.
Last updated 16 October 2026. Combat Market is operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
01Who we are and what this covers
Combat Market is a place where fighters and fans earn from the gear they actually use. It is operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”).
These terms cover the Combat Market app, your storefront, and the money you earn through it. Brands that sell through Combat Market also agree to the brand terms in section 13. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
02Your account
Anyone aged 18 or over can join as a member. You sign in with an email link, Google or Apple; there is no password. Keep access to that email account safe, because it is the key to your Combat Market account.
Fighters are verified by us: through an application we review, an invite from Combat Market, or a set-up done with you by our team. Verified fighters get missions, ranks, the Gift Wall and a place in the public fighter directory. We can remove a verification that was given on wrong information.
One person, one account. Accounts made to earn from your own purchases, or to take team shares from yourself, are closed and their earnings are not paid.
03Your storefront and links
Your storefront is a public page at combatmarket.com/your-name with the products you choose. When a fan taps “Shop at”, we record the click and send them to the brand through a tracking link. If they buy within 30 days of that click, the sale is credited to you.
Recommend only what you would genuinely use, and say that you earn from your links where the law or a platform requires it (for example #ad or “paid link”). Do not use misleading claims, spam, paid ads on a brand's own name, or anything that breaks the rules of the place you post.
Buying through your own links does not earn you anything and can be held for review. Brands decide whether a sale is valid; a sale they reject or that is returned is not paid.
04How you earn
Each brand pays a commission on every sale through Combat Market, shown on its products. That commission is shared like this:
| Who | Share of the commission |
|---|---|
| The person whose storefront made the sale | Two thirds |
| The person who invited them | One sixth |
| The person who invited that person | One tenth |
| One step further up | One fifteenth |
If nobody is in one of those places (or they closed their account), that share goes to the fighters' prize pool, which pays Gift Wall cash and rewards. It never goes to Combat Market. The split is fixed and the same for everyone.
The person who invited you is set when you join and does not change.
05When money becomes yours
A new sale shows as pending straight away. It becomes withdrawable when it clears:
- Brands selling directly: once the brand's return window has passed (usually 14 days, up to 30), shown on each sale in your wallet.
- Brands through an affiliate network (such as Awin): once the network has confirmed the sale and paid us.
Returns. If a buyer returns everything, the shares on that sale are cancelled. If they return part of an order, every share on that sale goes down in proportion. If a return comes in after you were paid, your balance can go below zero; we tell you, your next earnings bring it back to zero first, and you can withdraw again once it is above zero.
Other currencies. We pay in US dollars. A sale reported in another currency is held until we confirm its value in dollars.
06Withdrawals
You can withdraw your cleared balance to PayPal once it reaches $50. A 2.5% PayPal fee comes off each withdrawal, shown before you confirm. We check every withdrawal and usually send it within two working days. One withdrawal can be open at a time.
We can hold a withdrawal while we look into something unusual (for example a refund wave, a second account or a payout that PayPal flags), and we will tell you why. A payout PayPal returns comes back to your wallet.
You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We can ask for details we need to pay you lawfully.
07Missions
Brands post paid missions for verified fighters, usually content to make and post. A mission shows its reward, its places and its deadline. Join, post, then send us the link. The brand approves it or asks for one change; once approved, the reward is yours in full (missions are not shared with your team).
Missions have no sales targets: any sales a mission brings are paid through your storefront like any other. We check some missions before they go live. By sending a mission post you let the brand share it on its own channels, with credit to you, for the campaign it was made for.
08XP, ranks and the Gift Wall
Verified fighters earn XP from missions and the daily card. Ranks follow your total XP and never go down. You can spend XP on the Gift Wall, including cash paid from the prize pool when the pool can cover it. XP is not money, cannot be transferred, and has no value outside Combat Market.
09Fight records
Your profile can show your upcoming fights and results, gathered from public sources such as sanctioning bodies and promoters, and corrected by our team when needed. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
10What you post
You own what you post. You let us show it in Combat Market and on your storefront for as long as it is up. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent outside the sport, misleading, or that you do not have the rights to. Do not harass people or send messages they did not ask for. We can remove posts and limit or close accounts that break these rules; you can block anyone.
11Closing your account
You can ask to close your account at any time in Settings. If you have $50 or more ready to withdraw, we ask you to withdraw it first; you can instead choose to give it up. A balance under the $50 payout minimum when your account closes, and any money that clears after it closes, goes to the fighters' prize pool. Records of sales and payments are kept as the law requires, with your name removed.
We can close an account that breaks these terms. Earnings made by breaking them are not paid; other cleared earnings are paid as usual.
12Our responsibility
We run Combat Market with care but cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Products are sold by the brands, not by us: questions about an order, delivery or a return go to the brand. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what we owe you in earnings. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
13For brands
Brands selling directly keep a prepaid wallet with us. For each sale through Combat Market we charge the commission set on the product (at least 10%) plus the platform fee of the brand's plan: 5% on Open, 3% on Ringside and Corner. Missions reserve their full budget from the wallet when published and release whatever is unused. Returns inside the return window are credited back. Brands install our tracking on their shop and keep the commissions they promised. The full Brand agreement and Service levels say the rest.
Brands through an affiliate network are paid by and report through that network; fighters are paid when the network pays us.
14Changes and the law
These terms work with our other policies, all listed under Legal: acceptable use, affiliate terms, advertising disclosure, promotion policies, and missions, XP and rewards. When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
