Missions, XP and rewards
How missions are paid, how XP, ranks and the Gift Wall work, and what happens to pending, held or reversed money.
Last updated 16 October 2026. Combat Market is operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
01What counts as a reward here
Combat Market has three kinds of reward beyond sales commission: missions (cash paid by a brand or by us for a task), XP and ranks (points that measure activity and unlock status), and the Gift Wall (cash and gifts for verified fighters, funded by the fighters' prize pool). There are no loyalty points to redeem, no gift-card catalogue and no “reward wallet” separate from your Combat Market wallet.
These terms sit under the Terms. If a mission brief sets a specific rule, that rule applies to that mission only.
02Missions
A mission is a task with a payment, posted by a brand or by Combat Market, with a brief, a deadline, a number of places and, for some, a sport, a rank or a country. You join by taking a place; places are first come, first served and a mission can fill. You send proof (a post, a video, a screenshot, or for sales missions the tracked sales themselves) before the deadline.
The brand, or we, approve the proof or send it back once with what to change. Approved missions are paid in full to the fighter, with no team split, into the wallet as available money. A brand's mission budget is reserved from its prepaid wallet when the mission is published, so an approved mission is always funded. A mission that is not proved by the deadline is not paid. Some brand missions are checked by us before they go live.
03XP and ranks
XP is earned for activity in the app: your daily card, sales, missions, posts and inviting people. XP sets your rank and your place on the weekly ladder. XP is not money, stored value, e-money or a deposit. It cannot be sold, transferred or combined between accounts. XP from an action that is reversed (a returned sale, a rejected mission, a removed post) is removed too. The XP values for each action are set by us and shown in the app; we may change them for the future, never for XP already earned.
04The Gift Wall and XP cash
Verified fighters can turn XP into cash from the Gift Wall at the rate shown in the app, and reach rank-up gifts chosen by Combat Market. Both are paid only from the fighters' prize pool: the shares of commission that had nobody to go to, plus anything Combat Market adds. The pool only pays out money that has actually arrived (approved sales with the network's cash in), so a request can wait if the pool is low; the app shows the pool. XP cash lands in your wallet as available money and is withdrawn like any other earnings. Gifts are sent by our team; where a gift is unavailable we offer one of equal or greater value.
05Pending, available, held
Your wallet shows money in three states. Pending: counted but not yet yours (a sale inside its return window, a network sale whose cash has not reached us). Available: yours to withdraw. Held: a sale set aside for review (your own purchase, no seller, a repeated order, another currency); a hold is either released or reversed by an admin, and the reason is shown. Pending money cannot be withdrawn and does not count toward the $50 minimum.
06Reversals
A mission payment can be reversed if the proof turns out to be false, the content is taken down in breach of the brief, or the mission was approved in error. A sale can be reversed by a return, a partial return (your share is recomputed at the new amount) or a chargeback. Reversals come off pending money first, then available money, then future earnings; your balance can go below zero until future earnings cover it. If you think a reversal is wrong, write to us within 30 days with the mission or sale and what happened.
07Do rewards expire?
Cleared earnings do not expire while your account is open. XP does not expire. A mission place expires at the mission's deadline. When you close your account, a balance at or above the $50 minimum is withdrawn first (deletion waits for the payout) unless you choose to give it up; a balance under the minimum goes to the fighters' prize pool, and the app says so before you confirm. Money that clears after you have closed your account goes to the prize pool.
08What the brand is responsible for
A brand that runs a mission is responsible for the brief being lawful and accurate, for approving proof fairly and promptly, and for funding the budget, which Combat Market holds in the brand's prepaid wallet. Combat Market is responsible for running the missions, tracking and payments as described here. Products you buy or are sent are the brand's responsibility: quality, delivery, returns and support.
09Taxes and the law
You are responsible for any tax on what you earn and for any fees your bank or PayPal charges. We or PayPal may ask for identity or tax information before a payout. As far as the law allows, our liability under these terms is limited to the rewards we owe you, and a brand's liability for a gift to its value. Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai; disputes go to the courts of Dubai unless the law where you live gives you your local courts. Questions: hello@combatmarket.com.
