What Combat Market keeps about you, why, who helps us run it, and how to see, change or delete it.
Last updated 16 October 2026. Combat Market is operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
01The short version
We keep what we need to run your storefront and pay you: your account, your profile, what you add to your storefront, the sales credited to you and your payouts. We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers. Fans who visit a storefront are counted with a scrambled version of their internet address, never the address itself. You can download everything we hold about you, and close your account, from Settings.
02What we keep
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your email address, and how you sign in (email link, Google or Apple) | To sign you in and to write to you about your account and your money |
| Your profile: name, link, photo, cover, bio, sport, country and city, gym, social links | Shown on your public storefront and in the app |
| Your PayPal email | To pay you. Kept private; changes are recorded to protect you from fraud |
| Your storefront, saves, follows, blocks, posts, comments, likes and messages | Because they are the app |
| Sales credited to you, your earnings, team shares, withdrawals, missions and XP | To pay you correctly and to keep records the law requires |
| Who invited you | For team shares (it never changes) |
| Clicks and visits on storefronts, with a scrambled daily version of the visitor's internet address and the country and city it comes from | To show you your numbers, credit sales and stop bots and abuse |
| Notifications and the emails we sent you | So you can see them, and so we can answer “did I get that?” (email records are kept for a year) |
| Phone notification settings for each device you switch on | To send you the notifications you chose |
When a fan buys through your link, the shop and the tracking network see their order. We receive the sale (the product, the amount and its status) so we can pay you; the buyer's details are not shown to you.
03Who helps us run it
These services process information for us, each only for its job:
- Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (hosting), with your data stored in Ireland, in the European Union.
- Everflow, Awin and vCommission: tracking links and sales reports. Each storefront owner is set up as an affiliate with their name.
- PayPal: sending your withdrawals. Stripe: brands' card payments.
- Resend: sending our emails. Sentry: error reports, with no names, emails or message contents.
- Google and Apple, only if you choose to sign in with them.
Brands see the sales and missions that involve them, and fighters' public profiles. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
04What is public
Your storefront page, your name, link, photo, cover, bio, sport, country, social links, your picks and, for verified fighters, your fight record and rank are public. Your email, PayPal email, earnings and messages are never public.
05Emails and notifications
We email you about your account and your money, and about the topics you leave switched on in Settings, Email (each email has a link to stop that kind). News from Combat Market only comes if you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time. Phone notifications only come once you switch them on for a device.
07How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you close it, we delete your profile, storefront, posts, comments, likes, follows, conversations, notifications, email and PayPal address, and your sign-in. We keep records of sales, earnings and payments, with your name removed, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Clicks and visits are kept for 13 months, then deleted.
