Brand agreement
The agreement between Combat Market and a brand: plans and fees, the prepaid wallet, tracking, missions, content and trademarks, and how it ends.
Last updated 16 October 2026. Combat Market is operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
01Who this is between
This agreement is between Combat Market, operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), and the brand that applies for and is given a brand account in the app (“you”). The person who applies confirms they can bind the brand. It applies from the day your brand is approved and covers every product, mission and sale through Combat Market.
It sits with the Service levels, the Acceptable use policy and the Privacy page. Fighters and members who promote you are bound by their own Affiliate terms and Promotion policies.
02What Combat Market does
We give verified fighters and members a storefront on which they can stock your products, tracked links that credit sales to them, missions you can post for them, a dashboard showing your sales, products, fighters and payments, and the payment of their commission out of your prepaid wallet. We create and maintain the tracking offers for your products on our network, run fraud and quality checks on sales, and support you as set out in the service levels. We appoint nobody as your agent and nobody can bind you.
We do not promise any volume of sales, number of fighters or outcome.
03Direct brands and network brands
Direct brands install our tracking on their shop, set their own commission, keep a prepaid wallet with us and are charged per sale under this agreement. Network brands (Awin, vCommission) run through their affiliate network: the network's programme terms govern commission and payment, we are the publisher, and fighters are paid when the network's money reaches us. Sections 4 to 7 below apply to Direct brands; the rest applies to both.
04Plans and fees
| Plan | Price | Platform fee per sale | Missions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Open | Free | 5% | None |
| Ringside | $375 a month, three-month minimum | 3% | 5 a month |
| Corner | From $1,675 a month, billed quarterly | 3% | Unlimited |
For each approved sale we charge your wallet the community commission you set on the product (at least 10%, up to 50% without asking us) plus the platform fee of your plan, both on the sale value reported by your tracking. Plan prices are charged by card through Stripe. A lapsed paid plan falls back to Open automatically; products and storefront listings stay live. These prices are the ones published on combatmarket.com; we change them only with notice and for the future.
05The prepaid wallet
Direct brands top up a wallet by card; the full amount paid is credited and we absorb the card fee. Sales are charged to it as they are approved; mission budgets are reserved from it when a mission is published and the unused part released when the mission closes. If the wallet goes negative, sales are not blocked; we flag it and ask you to top up, and may pause new missions and, after notice, new sales until it is back above zero. A top-up that is refunded or disputed with the card company is reviewed by us, not reversed automatically, and may suspend the brand.
Returns inside the return window credit the charge back to the wallet; partial returns credit the difference. Held sales (a fighter's own purchase, no seller, a repeated order, another currency) are never charged. Your dashboard shows every movement; a monthly summary of charges is emailed on the 1st.
06Tracking and attribution
You install the tracking shown on your Tracking page: a small script that keeps our click id in a first-party cookie, and either an order confirmation snippet, a Shopify pixel, or a server postback that reports each order with its value and order number (one method, not two). Attribution is last click within a 30-day window; a repeated order number is held rather than paid twice. You must keep landing pages, checkout and the tracking working, tell us before changing your shop, and give us a way to place a test order when asked.
We treat your tracking report as the record of the sale. Either side can question a sale within 30 days of it appearing; we investigate from our logs and your evidence under the service levels.
07Return windows and approval
Each brand has a return window, 14 days unless you ask for another. A sale is pending until the window ends and charged when it ends; you may reject a sale before then with a reason (fraud, cancellation, non-payment). After the window, you may not withdraw a sale except for a refund, chargeback, tracking error or clear breach, reported through the dashboard so the fighter's share is reversed the same way.
08Products and offers
You provide accurate names, prices, images, links, commission and availability for each product and keep them current; a product with a dead link is hidden until fixed. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and substantiation of your products, claims, prices, discounts and offer terms, and for honouring an offer while it is live. Products in restricted categories need the controls agreed in writing before they go live. We may hide a product or pause a brand for legal, safety or brand-safety reasons and will tell you why.
09Missions
A mission you post states the task, the payment, the deadline, the places and any targeting. You approve proof fairly and promptly or send it back once with what to change; an approved mission is paid from the reserved budget at once. You may not ask fighters to do anything unlawful or against our policies, and you must tell them the disclosure wording your market needs. We may check brand missions before they go live.
10Content, trademarks and publicity
You give Combat Market and the fighters and members who stock your products a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use your name, logos, product images and copy to promote your products through Combat Market and in their posts, unedited beyond resizing, and to show your brand in the app and on storefronts. Fighters' posts are their own and are not pre-approved by you, except mission proof, which you approve. Search ads on your name are not allowed unless you permit them in writing. You give us a licence to use mission content you approved as described in the fighters' Affiliate terms. Case studies, press and announcements naming each other need both sides' written agreement.
11Data
Your dashboard shows your sales, products, the fighters who stock them and mission activity. You do not receive buyers' personal details from us; they are your customers through your own checkout. You may use what you see in the dashboard to run your programme on Combat Market only, not to contact or profile fighters outside the app or to build a competing programme. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve Combat Market. Each side keeps the other's non-public commercial information confidential for three years after the agreement ends.
12Ending the agreement
Open brands may leave at any time from the dashboard. Paid plans run for their minimum period (three months on Ringside, a quarter on Corner), then month to month; cancelling moves you to Open at the end of the paid period. Either side may end the agreement at once for a serious breach not fixed within 14 days of notice, insolvency, fraud or serious harm to its reputation. When you leave: your products come off storefronts, live missions close and unused budgets are released, sales already made are still charged and paid out, and the remaining wallet balance is settled with you after those charges. We may suspend a brand immediately for suspected fraud, an unfunded wallet, tracking failure, legal risk or brand safety.
13Responsibility and liability
You cover Combat Market for losses caused by your products, inaccurate or unlawful claims and offers, your content, failure to honour an offer, failure to fund approved sales and missions, and your breach of law or this agreement. We cover you for our unauthorised use of your marks, our breach of confidentiality, and our fraud or wilful misconduct. Neither side is liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Subject to that, each side's total liability is limited to the fees paid or payable under this agreement in the 12 months before the claim; nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Disputes go first to the people who run the account on each side, then after ten working days to each side's management, and only then to the courts. The agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai; disputes go to the courts of Dubai. Notices are by email to the addresses on the account. We may change this agreement with 30 days' notice in the dashboard or by email. Questions: brands@combatmarket.com.
