Combat Market

Affiliate terms

The rules for earning through your storefront, your links and missions: tracking, what you may and may not do, and when earnings are held.

Last updated 16 October 2026. Combat Market is operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

01Who this is for

Everyone on Combat Market can earn: members and verified fighters build a storefront, share tracked links and take part in missions. In affiliate-marketing language you are a publisher and the brands are advertisers. These terms set out the rules of that relationship. They add to the Terms, the Acceptable use policy, the Advertising disclosure policy and the Promotion policies, and to any brand or mission rules shown in the app.

You act independently. Nothing here makes you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Combat Market or of any brand, and you may not say or imply that you are.

02Who can take part

You must be 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), legally able to earn income and promote products where you are, and able to receive PayPal payments. You must give accurate details when asked: identity, country, payout and tax information. We may approve, limit, suspend or remove participation for legal, fraud, brand-safety, payment, tax or sanctions reasons.

04What you earn

Each brand sets a commission on its products, shown in the app. That commission is shared 20:5:3:2 across the seller and the three people above them in their invite chain, so the seller keeps two thirds of it; shares with nobody in them go to the fighters' prize pool. Missions pay the fighter in full. XP and the Gift Wall are explained in Missions, XP and rewards.

Commission is worked out on what the brand reports as the sale value, after returns and partial returns, and only on real sales by real customers. No commission is earned on your own purchases, test orders, orders outside the 30-day click window, orders the brand rejects, or sales in a currency we cannot settle (those are held for review). We do not promise you will earn any amount.

05When it becomes yours and how you are paid

A Direct brand sale clears after that brand's return window (14 days unless the brand sets another; the app shows the date). A network brand's sale clears when the network's money reaches us. A return before it clears cancels it; a return after you were paid is taken from your next earnings, and your balance can go below zero until it is.

Withdrawals are to PayPal only, from a cleared balance of at least $50, with a 2.5% PayPal fee shown before you confirm. We check each withdrawal and send it within about two working days of approval. One withdrawal at a time. You are responsible for your own taxes and for giving us a working PayPal address.

06When earnings are held or reversed

We may hold, delay, reverse or cancel earnings where we reasonably believe that: the sale was yours or arranged; the traffic was fake or bought; a required disclosure was missing; the content was misleading; a mission brief was not followed; the order was refunded, cancelled or charged back; the brand has not funded it; you broke these terms, a platform's rules or the law; or a payment-provider, tax, identity or sanctions check is needed. Held sales are shown in your wallet as held, with the reason once decided. You can ask us about any hold at hello@combatmarket.com; raise it within 30 days.

07What you may not do

The full list is in the Promotion policies. In short: no spam or bought contact lists; no bots, click farms, forced clicks, cookie stuffing or attribution tricks; no fake accounts, traffic, sales, reviews or engagement; no claims beyond the brand's own; no expired, leaked or staff codes; no “exclusive”, “ending”, “lowest price” unless the brand says so; no impersonating Combat Market or a brand, fake pages, confusing domains or handles; no targeting of under-18s; no regulated products without the controls; no unlawful data collection; no deepfakes or AI endorsements from real people without permission; no copying other creators.

08Search ads on brand names

Bidding on a brand's name, or on “Combat Market”, in search ads is not allowed unless the brand has said yes in writing in the app or a mission. Where allowed, your ad must never look like the brand's own: no “official”, no misleading display addresses, no look-alike domains or pages. If a brand or we tell you to stop bidding on a term, stop at once.

09Brand names, logos and photos

Product photos, logos and copy in the app may be used to promote that product through your Combat Market link, as given, without editing beyond resizing. Stop using them when the product leaves your storefront, the brand leaves Combat Market, or your account is suspended or closed. Do not register domains, handles, pages, groups, email addresses or apps that use a brand's or Combat Market's name in a way that suggests you are official. Goodwill in a brand's marks belongs to the brand.

10Content you submit

You own what you make. When you post in the Combat Market community or submit proof for a mission, you give Combat Market and (for mission proof) the brand that ran the mission a worldwide, royalty-free licence to show, reproduce, adapt and share that content to run and promote Combat Market and the mission, including on social media and in the app, for five years from the date you submitted it, unless the mission brief says otherwise. You confirm you have the rights to grant this, including from anyone who appears in it. You may remove your own posts; removal does not undo a brand's use made before then.

11Going around Combat Market

Where a brand relationship was introduced through Combat Market, do not bypass the platform to get paid directly by that brand for the same activity, or use our brand lists, rates, missions or methods to build or run a competing programme. This applies while you take part and for 12 months after your last activity. Keep non-public information about brands, rates, missions and other people's earnings confidential.

12Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close your account where we believe there is fraud, a breach, legal, brand-safety or payment risk, data misuse, or conduct that may harm Combat Market, brands, fans or other members. While suspended you cannot earn, withdraw or take missions. Fraud forfeits unpaid earnings and can reverse earnings already paid, where the law allows; other breaches may delay, reduce or cancel the affected earnings. Honest balances are paid out when an account closes, as the Terms describe.

13Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for your own channels, ad accounts, content, claims, disclosures, licences and taxes, and you will cover Combat Market and the brands for losses caused by your breach of these terms, your content, your marketing, your failure to disclose, or fraud. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or a platform suspending your account, and our total liability to you is limited to the earnings we owe you. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email first. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai; disputes go to the courts of Dubai unless the law where you live gives you your local courts.
