Delete your account
You can delete your Combat Market account whenever you like, from the app or by email. This is how, and what happens to your information.
How
- Sign in to Combat Market and open Settings: on a phone, tap You and then the gear at the top; on a computer, your photo at the top right.
- Under Account, tap Delete account, then Request deletion.
- A person at Combat Market checks the request, including any money waiting in your wallet, and completes it within 30 days (usually a few days). Once it is done you are signed out on every device.
Can't sign in? Email hello@combatmarket.com from the address on your account and say you want it deleted.
Before you go
- Withdraw your money. Anything ready in your wallet is yours: take it out first. Money still clearing can't be paid to a deleted account.
- Keep a copy. Settings, Download your data gives you your profile, storefront, posts, missions, wallet and notifications as a file.
What we delete
- Your name, photos, bio and social links
- Your storefront, its picks and your link (it stops working)
- Your posts, comments, likes and follows
- Conversations with Eve and our team, and saved items
- Your email, PayPal address, phone notifications and sign-in
What we keep
- Records of sales, commission, mission rewards and withdrawals, with your name removed. Tax and accounting law makes us keep them.
- Safety reports about the account, for as long as we need them to keep Combat Market safe.
